Cancellation Policy: 

More than 48 hours before beginning of rental: you forfeit your deposit, and there are no additional charges. 

Within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, and no-shows: you are charged for one week of rental at the current prevailing weekly rate. 

After beginning of rental: there is no refund of any rental amount paid. For early termination on long-term rentals, 30-day notice is required.
